Our Mission

The ECHO HEARING CENTER has been in business since 1959 and specializes in hearing aid dispensing and aural rehabilitation.

Our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality amplification systems and comprehensive service at a reasonable cost. The aural rehabilitation therapy includes teaching the hearing impaired individual to analyze and integrate auditory and visual information to maximize receptive communication skills.

The audiometric assessment evaluates the type and degree of hearing loss. This assessment helps to determine if hearing aids will be beneficial to you, or if medical or surgical treatment of the hearing loss is indicated. I believe that personalized professional evaluation, counseling and follow-up care are the ingredients to help the hearing impaired individual live again in the world of sound.

Auditory training is helpful to most hearing impaired individuals but is especially valuable to those who are wearing hearing aids for the first time. These individuals tend to adjust to amplification more easily and receive benefit from their hearing aids after therapy.

I will work closely with clients and their families offering information and support throughout the fitting process. During the initial consultation, I will discuss individual communication problems, explain the therapy process and its potential benefits, and determine the most appropriate therapy for you.
